Accounting Manager
Are you a master of the ledger who thrives on flawless financial controls and seamless compliance? We are looking for a hands-on, sharp, and tech-savvy Accounting Manager to become the financial heartbeat of our team.
If you speak GAAP and IFRS fluently, dream in Microsoft Excel, and can manage Property Management Systems (PMS) and specialized accounting software with ease, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll be doing

Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

Manage high-volume casino and hotel cash flows, daily drops, reconciliations, and vault counts.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts.

Ensure strict compliance with local Dutch Caribbean tax regulations, gaming laws, and internal gaming control standards.

Develop annual budgets, closely monitor operational costs, and perform variance analyses.

Collaborate with department heads to optimize hotel and casino revenues and operational efficiency.

Liaise with the corporate head office, external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions.
Are you the one?
You have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (a Master’s degree, CPA, or CMA is a strong plus).

At least 5–7 years of progressive management experience in financial accounting, preferably within the hospitality and gaming industries.

Working knowledge of the Dutch Caribbean financial and tax landscape.

Experience with hospitality/casino management systems (such as Versa) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent command of English and Dutch. Knowledge of Papiamentu and/or Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
Due to local permit regulations, preference will be given to qualified Dutch or American nationals, as well as candidates from, or with experience working in, the Dutch Caribbean region.
